His decision to avoid direct thematic borrowing and instead focus on creating a new musical identity for Superman was a bold move that paid off, resulting in a score that is both innovative and deeply connected to the spirit of the character. This approach allowed Zimmer to introduce a fresh perspective to the Superman mythos, setting a new standard for superhero film scores and establishing a unique musical legacy for the character.

      That's all overhyped nonsense, typical of Zimmer diehards unfortunately. Hope is hardly fostered when his themes have neither actual development nor narrative. They're just played and then played again louder.

        Oh look whos here...You are a hypocrite,, oh ru denying what i said?? ok lets see your filmography as a composer, am telling that you are going to complain throughout your life if u dont have ears to diffrentiate sounds

    First flight. the best track in the movie imo. The soundtrack had a lot of mellow music which half the time eases you into the story telling but also puts you to sleep. But for the music tracks played during the action scenes, it helped pick up the enjoyment of the movie. with this album being like a recording session, it might not be as enjoyable as the original soundtrack listing. i would still add this to the collection either way.
