    I've Checked The Soundtrack Files with (Fakin' The Funk?) software and found 41 Fake Files. And only 5 Files are Found Correct and Accurate the Bit Rate.

    Correct Files are:
    17. Capcom Sound Team - A State Of Emergency
    19. Capcom Sound Team - Crash!
    44. Capcom Sound Team - End Credits (Complete Version)
    13. Capcom Sound Team - Father
    37. Capcom Sound Team - Final Weapon

    Only These 5 Files are OK and rest of the 41 Files are not OK and looks they are Fake and only 320 Actual Bit Rate.

    I don't know who the ripping this OST so I request you to Uploader of this Files please check and then explain. If I didn't make any Mistake.

    Thanks

    I must say right away, that everything is fine with this rip.
    I agree, that 96 kHz is superfluous in this case, but since according to the spectrograms the real frequency of some tracks goes over 48 kHz, the author of this vinyl rip set the frequency to 96 kHz. It could be 88.2 kHz, but let's skip this topic. At least pay attention to the musical content of the tracks on this album, there is simply nothing to accelerate to 96 kHz. Some tracks are a continuous hum at low frequencies, and how to find there high frequencies (if only add them manually as a noise)?

    As for "Fakin' The Funk". Any audio checkers, such as: Fakin' The Funk, Audiochecker, CUE Corrector, Lossless Audio Checker etc. - they are all fun toys in the hands of novice fans of lossless quality. An audio checker is needed only for one purpose - to quickly check the entire album for POSSIBLY suspicious tracks! Whatever result you get: good / bad - you can't believe anything. But since you will not devote your whole life to checking absolutely each track manually, then having chosen at least dubious tracks from the check result, you can visually look at the spectrograms in a professional audio editor (like Adobe Audition), and if you have the necessary knowledge, you will instantly understand whether the checker is lying. I have been checking every album with audio checkers for 12 years and believe me, after rechecking suspicious tracks, I find their mistakes almost every day. Checkers work according to certain algorithms, that cannot predict all possible situations. I have seen a lot of examples where:
    - vinyl rip 192 kHz has audio content at the level less than 44.1 kHz and everything else is white noise;
    - mixed all over the track lossless/lossy content;
    - clearly lossy content, mixed with generated high frequency noise to simulate HQ;
    - clearly lossy content, that does not differ from lossless, even when visually checking the spectrogram or using audio checkers. These are the most difficult cases.
    In all these cases, audio checkers often fail to find suspicious content or simply give an error.

    The checker is easy to deceive!
    Simple example - do a simple "Normalize" of this album and tracks 43,46 in Lossless Audio Checker, instead of status - Upsampled, will receive new status - Clean. Fakin' The Funk also changes its verdict - 17 tracks are OK! ?

    More complicated example (keep in mind that, done quickly and roughly) - replace 50% of the content in the perfect lossless track with lossy content (mp3 / 192 kbps) and you will be surprised:

    100% lossless ( screenshot 1 )
    Fakin' The Funk - OK / Actual Bitrate 944
    Audiochecker - CDDA (100%)
    Lossless Audio Checker - Clean
    ---
    50/50% lossy/lossless ( screenshot 2 )
    Fakin' The Funk - OK / Actual Bitrate 913
    Audiochecker - MPEG (95%)
    Lossless Audio CheckerClean
    ---
    50/50% lossy/lossless + manually generated high frequency noise for the lossy part ( screenshot 3 )
    Fakin' The Funk - OK / Actual Bitrate 896
    Audiochecker - CDDA (100%)
    Lossless Audio Checker - Clean

    All files from this example are here.

    Summing up.
    1. Get used to it - official licensed albums very often contain suspicious or even clearly lossy content!
    2. If you don't know how to double-check the results of audio checkers, stop using them, because for you their check results are absolutely useless.
